During the following periods:

A – B – C: children up to 8 years old pay from €20.00 to €30.00 per day (*); children from 9 to 17 years old receive a discount from 20% to 50%, depending on the period.

(*) Extra bed.

Cot and meal supplement:

Half board: €10.00 per day
Full board: €18.00 per day

Cancellation and payment policies

Bookings at our property are subject to the following conditions:

Free cancellation
Reservations may be cancelled free of charge within 7 days of booking confirmation. In any case, the deposit paid may be used for a future booking by the end of the following year. The deposit may also be transferred to third parties, subject to prior notice.

No-show
In the event of a no-show or cancellation within four days of arrival, the first three nights will be charged.

Early departure
In the event of early departure, for any reason, the guest is required to pay for 3 overnight stays, the amount of which may vary depending on the room type. In addition, the guest shall compensate the hotel for any further damages incurred. This compensation has already been agreed upon as a minimum amount corresponding to the deposit paid; therefore, in such cases, the Hotel is entitled to retain the amount already in its possession.

Payment methods
The property reserves the right to pre-authorise the credit card before arrival.

Any deposits or advance payments will be specified at the time of booking.

Upon confirmation of the booking, a payment of €200 is required as a deposit.

The remaining balance must be paid directly at the hotel.

Special conditions
During high season, holidays or special events, cancellation policies may be more restrictive.

Meals not consumed at the Hotel will not be deducted from the bill.

Rooms must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Check-in is from 12:00 p.m.

The quotation does not include the cost of sunbeds and beach umbrella, as we do not have our own beach service. However, we have an agreement with “Lido Bambù”, an equipped free beach located approximately 1 km from the hotel, where you can benefit from free parking as our guests.

At Lido Bambù, you are free to choose daily whether to rent sunbeds and a beach umbrella from the lido and place them on the free beach, or bring your own from home while still being able to use the Lido’s services.

Small dogs are welcome, subject to prior notice and at no additional cost. Dogs are not allowed on the beds in the rooms. Any extraordinary linen changes will be charged.

Dogs may access the beach on a leash and are welcome at Lido Bambù.

We are equipped and trained to handle dietary requirements such as coeliac disease, lactose intolerance or other allergens, subject to prior notice.

We offer a baby food preparation service. Mothers who wish to prepare baby food, soups or bottles for their children must go to the dining room 30 minutes before the start of the service.
